- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted by applicable copyright law.
Your counter-notification should include sufficient information to identify the removed content, your contact details, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction where required, and your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
XorCut may suspend or permanently terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or repeatedly submit infringing content.

Submitting false or misleading copyright claims or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Please ensure all information provided is accurate before submitting a request.
6. Our Review Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the request and may remove or disable access to the reported link while the matter is investigated. Where appropriate, affected users may be notified and given an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
